People ask if there is a patent on the term law of attraction. Today, I am going to answer this question. I have studied at least 20 books on LoA and searched for the answer online, but it is not eligible for a patent. Why? Let’s read my opinion on it.
Is There a Patent on the Term Law of Attraction?
There is no patent on the Law of attraction because it is an age-old concept, and none claimed the patent on the term because it is a belief. There is no proven scientific logic behind the concept. It has been popular and used for the last 100 years.
It was mentioned in William Walker Atkinson’s ‘New Age’ philosophical book “Thought Vibration: The Law of Attraction in the Thought World” in 1906. After that, many literary critics, historians, philosophers, and other famous personalities offer their views. As a result, it attracts media attention, and the concept becomes popular.
What is the Law of Attraction?
The Law of attraction is nothing but an intense desire in your mind so that you can achieve your goal. It does not have any proven scientific logic and may not work in various cases. However, it is believed to be one of the 12 universal laws that everyone must learn to manifest their desires and dreams.

Why Did Anyone Not Claim a Patent of the Law of Attraction?
Claiming a patent is not a simple task. The Law of attraction concept was discovered long ago, and it has been around us for the last 100 years, but sometimes it has become more popular and a mainstream concept.
In short, you have to keep a strong belief that you have achieved your dream, and you have to be psychologically flexible to achieve that by creating your own reality. I understand that it may sound weird, but it is the concept behind the Law of attraction. It is also very similar to the Law of gravity. You have to attract success (similar to earth’s gravitation) towards you with your imagination, psychological balance, and hard work.
In this post, I have answered my opinion on the patent of the term law of attraction. I’ll be glad if you share your point of view in the comment below. Whether it has a patent or not, you can try this to achieve success.
